Metthier Elevates Thailand’s Industries with AI and Robotics, Showcasing a Proven Model that Reduces Management Costs by Over 30%

Metthier, a leader in Smart Facility Management, unveiled its vision for leveraging advanced technologies to transform Thai businesses at the AI Revolution SHIFT 2026. The company emphasizes seamless collaboration between “humans” and “technology” to establish a new standard in property and smart building management.

Metthier believes that data is the key to unlocking maximum operational efficiency. The company has therefore developed a 100% Thai-built platform structured across five layers—Physical, Sensor, Connectivity, Platform, and Solution—to transform raw data into actionable business insights and real-world solutions.

Key Projects Empowered by Metthier Technology

Government Complex Chaeng Watthana
Metthier deployed its MIOC (Metthier Intelligent Operation Center) to integrate over 12 building management systems—including air conditioning, PM2.5 monitoring, and other IoT systems—across 15 buildings into a single centralized dashboard.

BMA Command Center
In collaboration with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Metthier implemented an AI Traffic Control system covering 72 intersections to optimize traffic flow. The system also integrates data from citywide water gates, enabling real-time water level monitoring and enhancing flood prevention capabilities.

AI and Robotics Driving Real Impact

Metthier has also introduced MettBot (Cleaning Robot) and AI-powered monitoring systems to work alongside housekeeping and security teams—particularly during off-peak hours. This approach enables partners to reduce labor and operational management costs by up to 30%, while improving efficiency and safety.

The Next Step for Metthier

Metthier’s goal is not to replace humans entirely, but to augment human capabilities where limitations exist—such as during unattended hours or in predictive maintenance scenarios. By leveraging data, businesses can anticipate equipment failures before they occur, reducing costs and maximizing safety.

“Integrating AI and robotics into operations is no longer optional—it is essential for Thai businesses to remain competitive on a global stage, with lower costs and higher efficiency.”
— Kayon Tantichatiwat, CEO of Metthier
