Metthier, a leader in Smart Facility Management, has announced a record-breaking performance for 2025, with total revenue reaching 2,825 million Baht—a 105% increase from the previous year. This strong growth has propelled the company into the top three security service providers in Thailand.

Under the leadership of CEO Mr. Kayon Tantichatiwat, Metthier is transitioning from reactive security approaches to Predictive and Pre-Crime solutions. By leveraging Big Data, AIoT, and Digital Twin technology, the company aims to revolutionize building management while supporting corporate Net Zero goals.
A key driver behind this transformation is Metthier’s “Heartmade Technology” approach, which integrates advanced technology with a service-oriented mindset. Central to this is the METTRIQ platform, an all-in-one “Reformative IQ” system that integrates 12 technological solutions for seamless building management. The company also utilizes Agentic AI and robotics, including METTBOT, to enhance on-site decision-making and operational efficiency. In addition, Metthier is exploring the use of humanoid robotics for high-precision tasks such as security patrols and specialized cleaning in high-risk environments.

In 2026, Metthier is set to expand into two high-potential service areas. The first is Total Preventive Maintenance, which uses 3D Visualization and predictive maintenance systems to forecast equipment failures and reduce long-term operational costs. The second is Advanced Hygiene Solutions, a specialized cleaning service designed to meet international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, targeting the growing Healthcare and Wellness sector.
Looking ahead, Metthier is committed to integrating Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) into its operations to create autonomous, self-decision-making systems within buildings. This initiative aligns with global sustainability trends and supports the development of Smart Sustainable Cities, while enhancing Thailand’s competitiveness on the global stage.
Currently, Metthier manages over 1,000 contracts across eight types of properties, ranging from residential developments to large-scale industrial facilities and public transportation systems.
