This role plays a crucial part in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Metthier’s Smart Building solutions, including our Smart Building Platform, Smart Security as a Service, and Smart Facility Management. You will be involved in various stages of project management, including planning, monitoring, budgeting, and problem-solving, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is perfect for those with a keen interest in engineering and a proactive approach to project work.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Control:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects according to established plans and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Assist in the management and control of project budgets and resources.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Technical Support and Problem Solving:
- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project implementation.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to find effective solutions to challenges.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Project Engineer role or a related position.
- Knowledge of information technology and computer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and control project activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
